Jessica Schexnayder graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009 and has been practicing as a Physical Therapist in various settings and with various populations over the last 16 years. Jessica has training in Active Release Techniques (ART), Functional Dry Needling (FDN), ASTYM (Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization) and has recently obtained a Certified Personal Training (CPT) certification, as well as Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certification, Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC).
